We are very pleased to welcome you to the Emmaus Catholic Community.

Our intent, at Emmaus, is to become a church where people just like you can worship, enjoy friendship, and experience the love of God in Christ through and with our spiritual brothers and sisters.

 We are open and affirming.  People from all backgrounds, ethnic groups, political beliefs and all relationships, regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey, are welcome to participate fully.  Together, we are praying and working to become the kind of church that Jesus instituted; one of heartfelt worship, tolerant attitudes, honest friendships, prayer, compassionate care for those in need, and relevant teaching of scriptural truths that will strengthen our individual and community relationships with God.

 Emmaus currently enjoys the generosity of St Paul United Church of Christ at 1250 Leonard Point Rd where we gather on Sunday mornings at 11:00AM for liturgy.

We are the body of Christ, his hands and feet. We are people of action, called to serve and be served by others. Each member is valuable and important to our successful journey. We pray for your peace and abundant life as you journey with us.

If you are visiting us for the first time, look for our Host who will greet you at our Welcoming Table to help get you a name tag and worship aid for the service and answer any questions.

We offer Sunday morning worship at 11:00 am at St. Paul United Church of Christ at 1250 Leonard Point Road in Oshkosh.  

Dress for church is casual and you will see a wide range of attire. Our best advice is to come dressed comfortably. 

We welcome everyone to our community and table as did Jesus.  We affirm the dignity of all human persons regardless of race, national origin, religious affiliation, gender, or sexual orientation. We join together in response to the call of the Spirit to preach the gospel of liberation and justice and to pattern our lives after the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.  You are welcome.

Children are welcome to our worship services.  We invite them to participate and receive communion when their parents feel they are ready.

Coffee is available after some services.
